Non-Executive Director

Neal has over 25 years of experience in the international financial services industry.  Neal has spent considerable time with large Canadian Banks in senior positions, as well as the Chief Executive Officer of a well capitalized family office.  In addition to his former role as Managing Director of Royal Bank of Canada Financial Corporation in Barbados,  Neal and his family also relocated for two years to the Bahamas where he also led the Trust team for RBC, with regional responsibilities as well.

The trusts and entities which his team administered included Barbados domestic, international and offshore bank trusts, Bahamas trusts, New Brunswick trusts, Employee Benefit Plans, Foundations, Barbados corporations, foreign corporations, Delaware LLCs and Scottish Limited Partnerships.  As an executive with Blue Financial Group for 8 years, Neal also gained a wealth of experience with Latin American clients and structures.

Most recently, in April 2019 and to presently, Neal joined The Maybridge Group as Managing Director of Chaundler Trust & Corporate Services Ltd., the group’s trust company.  The Maybridge Group is a Barbados based multi-family office solutions provider.  Neal manages the group’s trust and corporate operations and is also responsible for the group’s business development activities.

Neal has substantial experience sitting on the boards of subsidiaries of publicly listed corporations, and is a qualified Trust Practitioner and holds the TEP designation issued by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).  

Neal is an active member of the Rotary Club of Barbados for over 12 years and has served in many roles including club secretary and director.  He is married with two children, ages 19 and 23.
