Darren C. Stark is a Canadian citizen and lawyer based in Barbados since 2000, and has over
25 years of International experience. In addition to the Caribbean, Mr. Stark has lived and worked in the International Finance Industry in the South Pacific, Canada and United States. 

​Mr. Stark held the position of Managing Director for Royal Bank of Canada, Global Private Banking 
in Barbados and the Cayman Islands.

Prior to building Anchor Counsel Corporation, he managed a very successful multi-family office in Barbados for over a decade.

​As such, Mr. Stark has acquired significant and unique experience dealing with complex, multi- 
jurisdictional and philanthropic issues for high net worth individuals and family offices.

Mr. Stark holds a practicing certificate in the Turks & Caicos Islands, is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, Canada (non-practicing), a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (former Chair of the Barbados branch) and holds the Canadian Securities Course designation.  
He has lectured at Universities in Canada and the United States, and has presented at several conferences and seminars on international wealth management and estate planning, including the American Bar Association conference in London, UK.
